This Undiscovered city offers a marvellous blend of the old and the new. It is the world's leading diamond cutting and dealing city. Antwerp is the 2nd largest city in Belgium and the largest in Flanders. Visit Antwerp's cafes in the Groenplaats, Market Square and Suikerrui. Cobbled streets and market places abound with medieval churches and handsome guild houses lead onto a shopper's paradise known as 'The Golden Mile'. Eating out is a way of life for the inhabitants of Antwerp and they will happily spend the whole evening over their meal. Most restaurants are to be found in the old town and local specialities includes dishes featuring rabbit, chicory, sausage rolls, mussels, and strawberries.


Antwerp Comments...
Antserp has one of the best shopping streets in Europe and the city has a beautiful Church. Its much smaller and friendly than brussels and the Hilton Antwerp is on such a great spot.
