I went on my first visit to Moscow in March this year on a work project. I have to say that it does really feel like a different world and surprisingly more cosmopolitan than I expected.
The problem with Moscow is that its so big that you need a taxi to get around as the metro can be a long walk (in the cold). I did like it though and I look back with nostalgia at all the stuff that I saw there. Shane Collins
