Kids love Hamburg as city break destination

A youth trip organised by the office has found that the German city was a hit with the 15 year olds, highlighting Hamburg as a great city break destination to go to if you are taking children.

From the Fish Market to HSH Nordbank Arena, the home of the Hamburger SV football team, and the International Maritime Museum, the children visited a whole host of fun and different places while on their travels.

Chloe from Tunbridge Wells said: "Hamburg is so unlike English cities – it is clean, the architecture is spectacular…and there are many trees and greenery."

Adding to the positive reviews, Stanley from Hertfordshire said: "The trip was one of the best I have ever been on in my life and allowed me to experience a wonderful city."

For parents looking for a reason to go there are some great events happening in Hamburg in the coming months, including the Reeperbahn Festival in September and the Alstervergnugen – the Alster fair – in the first weekend of next month.
